FINANCE COUNCIL

The Finance Council is a consultative body which provides the pastor with advice concerning the stewardship of parish financial resources. In its role as financial advisor, the council conducts long-range financial planning with regard to funding the operational and capital needs of the parish. Working with other parish committees and programs, the Finance Council is responsible for overseeing the process which results in the annual parish budget. Additionally, the council provides analysis of monthly financial statements, proposed strategies and related programs. The Finance Council meets monthly and reports to the Parish Council.
